What is a Stack ?

In cloud computing, a stack refers to a collection of resources and services that are configured and deployed together to support a particular application or workload. These resources can include computing instances, storage, networking components, security settings, and other cloud services. A cloud stack typically encompasses everything required to run an application, and is often managed as a single unit, making it easier to deploy, scale, and manage the infrastructure.

Purpose of Stacks in Cloud:

The main purpose of a cloud stack is to provide a structured and automated way to manage and deploy cloud resources as a unified set. This approach simplifies the process of provisioning, scaling, and maintaining infrastructure, while ensuring that all required services work together efficiently. Cloud stacks also enable consistency across environments (development, testing, production) and reduce manual configuration errors.

Key Features of Cloud Stacks:
